Free Shipping applies to all products purchased within Canada & the United States. 

Processing Times

Please note that orders require up to 3 business days for processing, which includes time for items to be picked, packed, and prepared for shipping.

Shipping

Orders for and within Canada are shipped via Expedited Mail, and qualify for free shipping when the order amount (before taxes) exceeds $75.00 CAD & $100 in the US. Da Brim products do not qualify as they ship in overly large boxes.

We currently ship internationally wherever possible. Please note that shipping costs will vary depending on the destination, and that additional duties/taxes might be charged to you when going through customs.

Order cancellations

Order cancellation is possible, however it is not guaranteed. If you wish to cancel an order placed on our website, please contact us at info@sportsfleets.com for assistance. If cancellation is not possible at the time of contact, we will help facilitate a return upon delivery (excluding final sale items).

Please double check all order details thoroughly prior to placing your order as we might be unable to make changes to your order after it has been placed. If you've made an error with your order, please contact us at info@sportsfleets.com as soon as possible for assistance.

Returns

We accept returns of unopened products within 30 days from the date of purchase, and must include all parts (if applicable) as well as original packaging in mint condition. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to accept returns from countries other than Canada.

Opened or used products, or any items marked as "non-refundable", "final sale", or "sale item" cannot be returned.

*Please note that we do not manufacture the products we sell. If the product you received has a performance and/or warranty issue, or if you have a general complaint about a product, please contact the manufacturer directly at the number on the packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s), and we will notify you of the status of your return. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied via the original method of payment. Please note that refunds may take up to 14 business days to be processed. 

Where a return is approved due to defect or damage, shipping costs to send the items back will be credited to you to with the refund cost of the item(s).Any other type of return has the returner paying shipping costs and a $15 restocking fee.

Defective or damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of the delivery receipt date.

Due to Covid, wearable items cannot be returned due to associated potential health risks.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Upon issuance of a return authorization ,we only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@sportsfleets.com and send your item to: 1442 Cliveden Ave, Delta BC V3M6L9, Canada.
